Screening Form Email Authentication

The screening form email authentication emails are now logged on the Intake History record. Households that do not verify will receive a second email the following morning if the screening from end date has not passed. These links expire after 48 hours and will not function fi the screening form is inactive or past the End Date.

Filtering in Property Candidate Pools

Property Candidate Pools filter on Household Size, Income Limits and Asset Limits. If these fields are blank, no filtering is applied.

There are additional options for filtering on Bedroom Level Preference, Income Level Preference and Minimum Income Exemption. Configure these filters via the checkboxes on the Property.

Minimum Income Exemption

Screening form questions can be mapped to update a Minimum Exemption Field on the Screening Form and then used as a filter on the Property Candidate Pool. Examples of usage are if the household receives housing vouchers or has a guarantor.

Bedroom Preference and Income Level Preference

There are new standard questions/fields for Bedroom Preference and Income Level Preference in the Screening Form. The Property Candidate Pools can filter on these preferences.

This is the first phase of this feature. Next, we’ll be including information on the screening forms to help households understand the preferences, where they fit best, and the implications of the preference. The preferences will be included in each automated communication and give households access to update these preferences at any time.

SMS/Phone Guidance

Public House now displays error messages to Applicants using invalid phone numbers to the end-user for invalid numbers:

  • Number too short/long
  • Area code starting with 0
  • Repeating digits flagged as fake
  • Letters in number or unsupported format
  • Central office code starting with 0

SMS delivery errors are now displayed for:

  • The number cannot receive SMS (landlines)
  • The number is blocking Twilio
  • Number format is incorrect

Resident Portal

Expanded login support for owners of multiple properties

Fixes:

  • Improved login access to the occupancy certifications
  • Confirmations checkbox on Screening Form
  • The income limit warning messages do not show until household size and income are entered
  • New screen in the event of invalid screening form URL
  • Reminders for 3,6,9 month removed as they were causing confusion
  • Validation now works for landline numbers which previously failed silently
  • Status page: The timestamp now accurately reflects the last successful job run time.
  • Program Config: Application Fees: Show warning if Stripe is not properly configured.
  • Authentication codes added to translated authentication emails.
  • Screening form update links converted to shortened URL
  • Screening form critical exception logging added to the system.
  • Phone numbers are now marked as verified after an applicant logs in.

Resident Portal Fixes

  • Fix for File Upload Issue After Annual Survey Submission
  • Ensured conditional fields display correct values based on user responses.
  • Dynamic content population logic was reviewed and corrected to properly show “Yes”/”No” or related values based on backend responses.
  • Certification of Completion Section: Properly renders in the final PDF.
  • Fixed broken or unrendered HTML headers within the PDF output.
