Screening Forms!
Fresh Look (New): UI upgrades for screening forms with an overall cleaner look and upgraded UI components.
Dealbreaker and Advisory Warnings: Different graphic treatments for warnings that are dealbreakers versus warnings that are advisory or educational.
Attestation Modal (New): Optional attestation modals can display with confirmation required to complete screening form submission.
Screening Campaign Member Status (New): Member Status creation is now automated for Screening Form Campaigns
PH Screening (New): As part of our continued effort to give staff more control over the configuration in Public House, screening form configuration and communication templates can be edited under the new .PH Screening tab each screening campaign.
Document Review Comments (New)
Clients requested a way to add additional comments to the document connections email. When you complete Document Review and are prompted for a Document Corrections Due Date, you’ll also see an area to add reviewer comments.
This Field automatically clears when moving from “Document Corrections” to “Document Review.

Password Protected File Upload Restriction
The system now more reliably detects and blocks encrypted or password-protected files—most commonly bank statements—to ensure document integrity and security compliance. When an applicant attempts to upload one, they’ll see the message: “The system does not support encrypted files at this time.” and need to upload an alternative.
Candidate Pool Restoring Ineligibility (New)
The system now dynamically checks property-specific criteria every time the Property Candidate Pool is loaded. This ensures Prospects and Applicants always reflect up-to-date eligibility based on their most recent screening forms or applications.
- If someone previously responded as interested but no longer meets the criteria, they will automatically move to the Not Interested section.
- If they submit new information and again meet the criteria, they will automatically reappear in the Candidate Pool—no staff action required.
This update ensures the pool always reflects current eligibility without manual review.
Bedroom Preference and Income Level Preference (New)
We’ve added two new standard fields to the Screening Form: Bedroom Preference and Income Level Preference. These preferences now appear in Property Candidate Pools and can be used to filter Prospects and Applicants more effectively.

This is the first phase of the feature. In future updates:
- Households will be able to review and update their preferences at any time to reflect changes in their needs or household composition.
- Screening Forms will provide clearer context to help households understand these preferences and how they impact their fit for opportunities.
- Preferences will be highlighted in all automated communications.
