Development Roadmap

Community-driven design and feature development: Public House listens to our active community of housing organizations to inform new feature development. We regularly survey our clients and hold focus groups to get their feedback on what they need and want from the platform. 

Quarterly updates: Public House releases new updates every quarter to keep the system running smoothly and to add new functionality that our clients need.

Integrated Custom Development: Public House clients can individually or collectively fund custom development to expedite new feature releases. This is a great option for clients who need a specific feature that is not currently available on the platform. These enhancements are integrated into the platform so that all client housing organizations can benefit.

Authentication Updates

After 4 deep rounds of revisions to the authentication link upgrades, we learned that though links are preferred by the vast majority of users for convenience, there is a small group of Applicants confused by changing between tabs. So we’re going back to one-time pass codes. This has been the first place in our development where we’ve had to backtrack and it stings. Ever forward, we are including remember device for email verification and resend functionality for email and SMS.
