Screening Forms: The Basic Process

Upon answering all screening form questions, the applicant submits the screening form and receives an email to verify their email address.

If this email verification is missed, the application will not be submitted.

Upon email verification, the applicant receives an email either confirming eligibility or informing them why they are not eligible.

Screening forms are tied to Housing Program Campaigns, which in Public House are lists of people (waitlists, lottery lists, etc.) who are interested in your program.

The screening forms populate these lists. The screening form data is visible in Salesforce on the Intake Form. For every eligible applicant, a new Campaign Member record with a status of Prospect is created and linked to the Intake.
