Upon answering all screening form questions, the applicant submits the screening form and receives an email to verify their email address. If this email verification is missed, the application is not submitted.

This means no more bad contact information or typos!

Upon email verification, the applicant receives an email either confirming eligibility or informing them why they are not eligible. Screening forms are tied to Housing Program Campaigns, which in Public House, is a list of people (waitlists, lottery list, etc.) that are interested in your program. These lists are populated by the Screening Forms. The Screening Form data is visible in Salesforce on the Intake Form.  A new Campaign Member record with a status of Prospect is created for every eligible applicant, which is linked to the Intake.
