Applicants cannot access their new application until they first select and fill three security questions. If they lose access to either the email or their phone, they’ll be able to independently obtain access to the application by answering their security questions and authenticating with the email or phone that can still be accessed.

If both email and phone are unavailable, a help ticket will be generated. Staff can update the Applicant Contact Email or Phone directly in SalesForce at their own discretion.
