Screening Forms create Intake records in Salesforce. Prospects may submit multiple screening forms at a property or community. Intake records collect the data from the Screening Form submissions. They contain this important information:
- The Campaign Eligibility information at the time of submission
- Eligibility check box.
- If not eligible, the ineligible reason that is shared with the applicant is displayed.
- Email Verification Confirmation
- If an applicant enters their email address wrong or does not verify their email, the eligibility check does not occur.
- Links to the Campaign Member for eligible Applicants- Campaign Members are not created for ineligible Applicants- and the SalesForce contact record. The Campaign Member status is “Prospect” upon initial eligibility.
