Questions, Help Text, Warnings in the Onboarding Doc
Make any edits in your onboarding doc. Highlight these changes and send a quick email to support@public.house to let us know they are ready. If you can’t find your onboarding doc, send an email to support and the reply will include a link to it.
Application & Communications Config in the Public House App
In Salesforce, open the Public House app from the App Launcher (9 dot square in the top left). Edit the configuration details and communication templates for all your application programs.
Required Document Templates
Go to Reports > All Reports > search for Required Document Templates and use the dropdown on the right to make it as a Favorite report so you can easily find it again.
In this report you can see all your Required Document Templates and edit those.
Screening Form Emails
Go to Salesforce Setup > Classic Email Templates > Housing Application folder
