Two Public House Portals are available to meet all your application and on-going resident certification needs. Each customer-branded, secure system is accessible by mobile, tablet, or desktop.
Application Portal
The entry point for Applicants into your system. Used for both Homeowner & Rental Applicants to electronically submit an initial, customizable application for review. Also utilized for rental clients that require annual income certifications.
Homeowner Portal
A portal for existing Homeowners to submit on-going obligations, but also serves as the hub for any additional requests or to report a specific need, such as a refinance or home improvement project.
