Public House offers additional configuration and enhancement services to support evolving program needs beyond standard implementation.
How to Work With Us
To ensure efficient and timely support, most updates and enhancements follow a structured approach:
- Batching updates: We recommend consolidating changes and submitting them together (twice per month) to streamline implementation and reduce turnaround time.
- Effort-based scoping: Requests are evaluated based on estimated implementation effort. Smaller updates are typically handled as part of ongoing support, while larger or more complex requests may be scoped as additional services.
- Clear next steps: For requests that require additional work, Public House will provide guidance on recommended approach, scope, and pricing before proceeding.
Updating Your Screening Forms and Applications
Enhancements to screening forms and applications are supported through two paths, depending on scope and complexity.
Most ongoing updates relate to screening forms. Application updates are typically limited and handled as part of standard configuration, or scoped separately when larger changes are required.
Included: Ongoing Maintenance Updates
Ongoing updates are supported as part of your annual license when:
- Changes are submitted in batches through the approved mapping document. Updates are typically deployed up to twice per month.
- Updates remain within the existing structure of the form
- Requests involve minor adjustments such as:
- wording, help text, or header edits
- answer changes
- small additions
This process is designed to support regular iteration while maintaining efficiency and consistency.
For screening forms, updates include modifications to criteria, warnings, or custom tags.
For applications, updates are typically limited to minor adjustments or required document configuration.
Additional Services: Expanded Enhancements
Requests may be scoped as additional services when they involve:
- Significant expansion of questions or sections
- Structural changes or workflow redesign
- Large volumes of updates or repeated iterative revisions
As a general guideline:
Requests estimated to require more than approximately two hours of implementation effort may require additional scoping and fees.
Public House will provide guidance on recommended approach, scope, and pricing prior to proceeding.
New Builds
Creation of new forms, programs, and eligibility structures.
Typical Pricing:
- $600–$1,500 → new Waitlist or Lottery Screening Forms for (up to 30 questions)
- $300–$500 → new Lottery Priority Templates

New Screening Form Template
Because your team has already completed the initial screening form mapping process, this work will follow a streamlined configuration and review schedule.
Kickoff & Review
- One short working session to review the finalized screening form mapping document and confirm any implementation details prior to build.
Configuration
- Public House will complete initial screening form configuration within approximately 3–4 business days following kickoff and receipt of finalized materials.
Testing & Review
- A new Screening Form Template option will be added to the Screening Form Template picklist.
- Public House will configure a testing campaign where your team can review and test the form workflow.
Following configuration, your team may review and consolidate feedback through the approved mapping document process.
Revision Rounds
Implementation includes up to two consolidated revision rounds within the approved scope.
- Revision rounds are typically completed within approximately 2 business days following receipt of consolidated feedback.
- Meetings during revision rounds are available as needed but are typically not required.
Scope Notes
Requests involving substantial expansion, workflow redesign, or significant additions introduced after implementation begins may require additional scoping, revised timelines, or additional service fees.
Larger or more complex program configurations are typically scoped as additional services based on implementation effort.
