Communication Templates
The left menu is an ordered list of all the application communications templates Public House sends. Click any template to see when, why, and how the communication is sent.
There is a customizable section in each email where you can add program-specific details. Do not feel obligated to add custom content if it does not seem necessary. SMS text messages, email subjects, and email content are standardized.
Just like we always encourage you to improve and wordsmith your application questions and help text, improve your content, we welcome your feedback on how the email templates can be improved.
