We are in the process of transitioning all Public House clients over the Program Configuration tools.
Program Configuration gives you direct access to configuration details and communication templates, for each of your housing programs, from within Salesforce. We’ve packed a lot of explaining into these pages to help clarify how Public House works.
Transition Outline
Note that no new functionality will be activated until:
- You have updated/reviewed each configuration parameter
- You have updated/reviewed each communication template
- We have checked
- We have confirmed a Go Live weekend to activate the Program Configurations for each of your programs
