Applicant Subscriptions
Grants one household one year of access to applications and the homeowner portal.

Electronic Signatures
Signature requests processed through integrated e-signature workflows.
Annual Subscription
The base subscription, including a minimum number of applicant and signature credits, purchased at renewal.
Total Billed
The total amount shown on your invoice.
Renewal Date
The start of your annual subscription cycle.
Quarter Usage (Qtr Usage)
Number of Applicant Subscriptions or Electronic Signatures used during the quarter.
Available Credits
Credits available at the start of the quarter.
Credit Balance
Remaining credits after subtracting quarterly usage.
Year-to-Date Usage (YTD Usage)
Total usage since your last renewal date.
