The public house charge the annual fees for the applicant. If applicant has multiple applications (service files) within the year, there is no distinct charge for those applications.

- If there is another Application for Chris Walken, it is sent reminders after the 6th April, No charge record is created.
- If 123Test-App or any other Application for above applicant is accessed by staff or applicant new Charge record is created with the new Start and Expiry date.
