Lottery steps unlock one at the time. For example, a Lottery cannot be run while the screening campaign is active and household can submit screening forms. This is a short overview of the Lottery page when still accepting Screening Form entries.
- Open the Lottery Screening Campaign in your Campaigns view or by searching for it.
- Click on the link next to ‘Go to Candidate Pool’.
Lottery Properties
The top section shows the Properties associated with the Lottery. Check this page to add / remove Properties. A lottery may include one or more properties. Eligible households are assigned to each property based on their preferences, and a separate lottery is run for each.
Reviewing entries
The entry review section lists all households that submitted a screening form. Totals appear at the top, showing how many are eligible or ineligible. Participants whose email is not verified appear as ineligible. Late submissions may appear when a team member manually adds or updates an entry after the screening period has closed.
