The Public House App is where you’ll authorize Public House to communicate with Salesforce, configure your cloud storage and manage Public House settings. Your organization may prefer to restrict user access by hiding the Public House App based on user profile. Here are those steps:
- Go to Setup
- Use the quick find to search for App Manager
- In the App Manager, locate Public House – Lightning (Managed) and click Edit in the dropdown. This should be completed even if your organization utilizes Classic!
4. Unselect the profile(s) who should not see the Public House app.
5. Return to the App Manager and repeat for Public House – Classic (Managed). Even if your organization uses Lightning, you should complete this process for Classic.
