Getting There
Search for “Program Configuration” in the App Launcher (9 dots in the top left)
Select Your Program
In the upper right corner, specify the program’s details and templates you wish to update.
Always confirm you are editing the correct program.
Communication Temlpates
On the left menu, there is a list of communication templates in order of use. Click any template to see when, why, and how the communication is sent.
SMS text messages, email subjects, and email content are standardized. There is a customizable section in each email where you can add program-specific details. Do not feel obligated to add custom content if it does not seem necessary.
Just like we always encourage you to improve your content, we welcome your feedback on how the email templates can be improved.
