When a Service File’s Application Status is updated to Approved or Declined, an Application Process record is created to log the application cycle history. If an applicant moves through the application cycle multiple times, the Service File will have an Application Process record for each cycle.
Application Process Dashboard
The Application Cycle Days dashboard shows various Application Process reports so you can identify trends and time spans around your application process:
- Days to start an application
- Days to submit the application
- Days for staff to review Required Documents
- Days for applicant to upload corrections
- Number of corrections required
- Days for staff to determine eligibility
- Days for the entire application cycle
