Connect your Stripe account by providing your Publishable Key or Secret Key.
- Read more about Stripe keys at https://stripe.com/docs/keys
- Find your keys on the Stripe dashboard at https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/apikeys
Changes will only be saved if your keys are successfully verified. If verification fails, a notification will alert you to update your keys. You'll see a tag displayed for the type of keys provided.
Testing vs Production Keys
You can choose between test and production keys based on your integration stage. Test keys allow you to simulate transactions and verify that your integration functions as expected. When you're ready to go live and process real payments, replace the test keys with live keys.
Stripe also offers comprehensive test instructions and test card numbers to help you validate your integration.
