Public House imposes restrictions on applicant uploads to avoid errors and to encourage the applicant to upload the most staff-friendly files.
- Uploads must be a PDF or PNG, JPG, GIF image
- File min size, files should be a minimum of 1kb
- File max size, files should not be more than 10mb
- Image min dims, images should be a min of 600 x 600 px
- No more than 15 files can be uploaded for each Required Document
For the convenience of the applicant, some uploads are permitted. The staff should take the appropriate action.
Image max dims, images should not be more than 3000px wide or 3000px tall: Staff will see a warning. Mark as Not applicable, Download image, resize and upload, then approve/decline. (Can staff upload more docs?)
Password protected PDFs: We cannot detect all types of password protected PDFs. The staff will encounter the password protection when they try to review the document and can decline the file and ask applicant to upload a version without password protection.
