Guide: Customizing Screening Submission Record Page Layouts in Salesforce

📌 Always place this section at the top of the record page.

Global Layout Notes
- No Tabs: Do not use tabbed layouts. Keep all sections visible in a single scrollable page.
- Right-Side Related Lists: Place these consistently on the right side of the record page:
- Activity (Tasks, Events, Emails)
- Screening Submissions (related records, if applicable)
- Field Tracking History (audit trail of changes)
📌 Keeping these on the right ensures consistency across clients and makes it easier for staff to find related activity and history.
