The email templates are in HTML format- look great, but can be a pain to edit.. Clients can create HTML using one of the many online options for HTML editors. Of the many online HTML options clients can use to create/edit, HTML 5 Editor is one of our favorite.

Tip: When editing templates, be careful not to modify the HTML for the buttons!
